To Joe`s chosen family and friends, my thoughts and wishes are with you all. I met Joe 15 years ago when we were both volunteering at PARN. Joe could not do enough for the people of his community. It is sad that his ailing body could not keep up with his youthful vigor for life. I will always miss him.
