Passed peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Friday, October 16, 2009.
Len resided in Fenelon Falls and was in his 80th year. Will be sadly missed by his wife Marjorie Satmire. He was the loving father of Patricia (Ralph) White-Laufer of Keswick, Debra (Dane) Mulholland of Coe Hill. Stepfather of Terry and Randy Germain, both of British Columbia. A much loved grandfather of Jordan White and step-grandfather of Simona Arcide, Patrick Germain, Jones Germain, Noah Black and uncle to dear niece Jordan Watts. Great-grandfather of Julius, Luca, Revan and Gianna. Fondly remembered by many friends. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at Fenelon Falls United Church, 123 Colborne St., Fenelon Falls on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at 11:30 am. Visitation and refreshments to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Fenelon Falls United Church would be appreciated by the family.
