Condolence: To Rose's Family
Sorry to read about your mother in the Star paper. We met at the Kinmount market a few years back. Since then we have enjoyed visiting her gardens. She always took the time to give us a personal tour and too much information on plants to comprehend in one hour. Her plants that we purchased are flourishing in our gardens at home and at our cottage on Spar Lake. I have some antiques that will remind me of her little shop. Everytime our garden rose blooms (which came from your Mom) we will remember that wonderful lady.

Condolence: My thanks to Rose for providing a voice for all of your community, regardless of "political correctness".

The lovely purple phlox she gave me is thriving. I'll bring it with me to my new garden in the west, and think of her each year when it blooms.

Condolence: Rose, you never failed to make me laugh. You were truly a great person, and surely had one of the strongest and boldest personalities I have ever come across. I saw you not too long ago, and you were just as happy as normal, showing you didn't let things get you down. We will all miss you tons! Condolence: There's a song entitled "There's a Hole in the World Tonight" and that's how we feel about Rose's passing. The loss of this woman and lady has created a void in our community and our lives. May God bless her and keep her memory in our hearts.

Condolence: My sister and I are on Spar Lake and met Rose at the market in Kinmount. We became friends and visited her gardens at her house often. Sandy also knew her from her work at the Promoter and I think Rose did a story about her because she is a hunter and a friend of Barry Nichols, who Rose also knew. She was a very nice lady and will be greatly missed. We are very sorry for your loss. Wendy Maycock

Condolence: Victoria County has in fact lost another warrior. This is a lady who taught so many of us how to pursue our dreams and to be relentless in our search for "right". She will be missed for sure, but if we all carry on our search in the way she taught us her lessons will have been well taught. We will all carry a piece of her with us forever. Condolence: The world has lost another great person but her memories will live forever as she will be impossible to forget. What a lady! Rose had so much to offer and was envied by many for the qualities that made her such a strong person. Rose always stood by her principles and wasn't afraid to fight any battle. I always admired her strength.

Condolence: What will the world be like without RoseAnne? For so many years, she enlightened us, she challenged us, she made us think for ourselves.
