My sympathies to Ruth's family. Frank Deane worked with my husband at the Fenelon Falls lock during the early 80's. During the past few years, Ruth has been our neighbour and friend. She always had a pleasant greeting when passing by on her daily walk or if we met her shopping. We will miss Ruth very much.
