Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of William White can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

WHITE, William Eugene:

Promoted to Glory on Monday, February 2, 2015 at Peterborough Health Centre in his 76th year. Beloved husband of 54 years to Denna White (nee Marles). Loving father of Kim and her husband Rocco Garreffa of Brampton, Andrea and her husband Mark Folkins of Oshawa. Brother of Eleanor and her husband Jim Schultz of Newcastle. Predeceased by Jim White. Bill White received a PhD from the University of Saskatchewan (Mechanical Engineering) and was a former Dean of Engineering and Applied Science at Ryerson University. Faithful soldier and bandmaster of The Salvation Army, active member of Heritage Brass Band. The family of Bill White will receive friends at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION & TRIBUTE CENTRE, 8 Princes' St. W., Fenelon Falls, ON on Friday, February 6th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Fenelon Falls United Church from 1 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. Interment at Fenelon Falls Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Salvation Army Fenelon Falls Citadel would be appreciated by the family.
