Condolence: Dear Denna, Kim & Rocco, Andrea & Mark;
We want to express our deepest sympathy and pray that God will comfort you with His peace, surround you in His love and encourage you with His presence. We thank God for Bill’s life and witness and rejoice that he is now with the Lord, he has a new home in heaven, yes, promoted to Glory! Bill was a man of great faith and loved the Lord dearly. I can hear Bill saying, “Life has just begun, I am with the Lord. I am at home where I belong. If you are sad because I am gone, then look for me in the love you have for each other. Be comforted in knowing, I will see you again.” We have been looking at the photos of Bill with family and friends. What a beautiful reminder of the precious memories that surround his life, a life well lived, a life that has touched so many others. Bill was a man of God, he loved his family, he was caring, respectful of others, highly thought of by his family and friends, he was determined and showed great strength and perseverance throughout his life. Bill was a very capable leader, gifted in so many ways. His love for music was a gift from God. Bill was a very competent Band Master and he loved to play his flugel horn! Bill’s life’s goal was to live and finish well, to live for Christ and to seek God’s glory and leave behind a legacy for others to follow. Bill’s greatest reward was to please the Lord and to hear these words: “Well done good and faithful servant, enter into the joy of your Lord.” Bill finished his earthly race, crossed the finish line, and is now present with the Lord.
You are in our hearts, our thoughts and our prayers.

Condolence: Dear Denna, Kim and Andrea,
We had not heard that Bill's health was declining, so we were completely shocked to hear of his death. Bill's positive spirit and exemplary Salvationism stand out in our minds. He was totally committed to his Lord and the Lord's service through the Army.
We regret your loss, but rejoice in Bill's 'promotion'.
Blessings

Our sincere condolences on the Promotion to Glory of Bill. He was a fantastic man who didn't let his physical difficulties deter him from so many accomplishments. Bill was a stalwart at the Fenelon Falls Salvation Army Corps, where he provided excellent service. A fine musician, he made significant contributions as a leader, soloist and group member. We will miss him. Be assured of our love and prayers during these days.
