So sorry to hear of Ron's passing, please accept my condolences. Although I had not seen him for many years, I have great memories of the days he played his tea-chest/broom handle bass in our Dixieland band along with Jon Eby, Peter Davies and the rest at the old Toronto Press Club and elsewhere. I am sure he will be greatly missed.
