On Saturday, September 12, 2015 in his 77th year, Bill Waite of Fenelon Falls passed away peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Kay (nee Weylie-Craig) and pre-deceased by first wife Sandra (1990, nee Steen). Loving father of Leslie (Mark), Cheryl, and Taralee (Glenn). Devoted Papa of Nicole (Amy), Danielle, Gregory, Braydon, Ryley, Kennedy and Harley. Bill is survived by his brother Robert (Donna) and pre-deceased by his sister Donna. Brother-in-law of Roger (Marlene), Twyla (Henry), Bryce (Jennifer), and predeceased by Kerry. He will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Bill was a long time employee of Dofasco, and had been retired since the early 1990s. The family of Bill Waite will receive friends and family at the JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION & TRIBUTE CENTRE (8 Princes' St. W., Fenelon Falls) on Tuesday, September 22nd from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday at Fenelon Falls United Church (123 Colborne Street) at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow. The family will then gather on Saturday, September 26th at 11:00 a.m. for a graveside service at Eastlawn Cemetery (Barton St. E & Nash Rd. N., Hamilton).
